Returns + Exchanges

Credit or Refund

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your candle was damaged during shipment, we would be happy to offer you credit or refund (cost of the product only) with photographic proof of damage. Please email hello@thescentlibraryco.com with your order # in the subject line.
